Surmounting challenges in the past five years, IDBI Bank has managed to script a turnaround and has emerged as a strong contender in the banking landscape. Pursuing a multi-pronged strategy, the Bank intends on continuing its journey towards profitability and creating value for its stakeholders.

The year just past was a milestone year for IDBI Bank as it was back in the black after facing five consecutive years of losses. Despite being confronted with daunting challenges on several fronts, including those brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bank persevered on its intended strategies and stayed on course towards its stated goal of creating value for all its stakeholders.

Surmounting the unforeseen challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bank came out on the top. The strategic vision of the leadership team, coupled with the hard work and dedication of the staff, helped the Bank to not just ably adapt to the changes in the operational environment but also to stay true to its business objectives. The Bank’s efforts yielded results for it to emerge as a profitable bank after five consecutive years of losses.

Contribution of ` 23.09 lakh (one day's salary) from IDBI Bank employees of Maharashtra State to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund was handed over to Shri Ajit Pawar, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

Contribution of ` 2.52 lakh (one day's salary) from IDBI Bank employees of Ahmedabad Zone to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund was handed over to Shri Vijay Rupani, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat.

The officials of Kalpatta Branch, Wayanad, Kerala distributed refreshment packets to police and RTO officials.

PMJDY customers at Chichgarh, Nagpur, Maharashtra availing benefits of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) rolled out by Government of India.

Contribution of ` 2.97 lakh (one day's salary) from IDBI Bank employees of Jharkhand State to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund handed over to Shri Rajiv Arun Ekka, Principal Secretary, Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
