Funds for Commercial Real Estate- IDBI Bank Lending to Real Estate Sector

The Scheme for lending to Commercial Real Estate Sector has been bifurcated into following broad categories:

• Loans extended to builders/developers for setting up residential complexes.

• Loans extended for setting up Shopping Malls

• Loans extended for Office Complexes

• Lease rental discounting.

Bank provide Rupee Term Loan, Non fund based limit and overdraft facility (for cases where IDBI Bank is sole banker for the project) to fund the Commercial Real Estate Sector.
